This article discusses the problems with companies and the issues with employees not doing their job ethically. Some jobs may be asked to do something that is unfair or unethical or not valued to their beliefs. The issues with these employees have their own authority and their own roles but still must follow orders from their boss in order to keep their jobs even if they disagree with their work. This article explains employees should open and speak up to their boss when they have problems with their work. This article explains that if you believe your company is engaged in unethical issues you can perform a principle of rebellion. This is the way of having integrity and working hard to fix things and make ethical issues better within the workplace. In order to have a positive place at work you must communicate with a manager or corporate in order to make the environment better. Ethical issues can occur anytime of the job through any company to make this problem stop, and employees must work together and communicate when problems and ethical issues occur in order to have a strong and positive workplace.
